‘Sustainability for Community Radios: Module III’ now available

Search for Common Ground prepared this training guide to build the capacity of independent rural radio stations in Africa. The manual consists of learning modules which focus on enhancing the sustainability of radio stations on all levels: administrative, financial, programmatic and organizational.
Module III of the training guide covers various aspects of human resources management, including evaluation and training, compensation for employees, and effective communication among staff members. The guide provides practical suggestions on how to motivate staff and how to handle conflicts. Module III builds on the principles and documents discussed in Module II.
